Ok everyone. The time has come for us to host our In-House competition. Here is everything you will need to know:

2014 CrossFit Prestige In-House Competition
July 12th @ CrossFit Prestige
This event is open to all CrossFit Prestige members.
The competition will start at 9am and the finish time is to be determined depending on the amount of participants. Heat times and schedule will be sent out and displayed 2 weeks before the competition.
You will have until June 13th to register and the cost will be $35 per person.
This is an individual competition only and will have both Scaled and Rx category. Here are the competition standards.

All movements and weights displayed are to be done for multiple repetitions. If you have questions about which category to register for make sure you ask us before.

Now that the 2014 CrossFit The CrossFit Games Open is over we want to congratulate everyone that participated. Each and everyone of you did an amazing job pushing yourselves each week and we couldn’t be happier as coaches. I know some of you conquered some fears about being part of a competition and that is what it is all about. Letting go of those fears and doubt and diving head first into them. Congratulations to all on a job well done and we can’t wait to see what happens next year in 2015. To all of those that came out week after week to support, THANK YOU!!! Your cheers and constant push keeps us going when all we want to do is stop. I expect even more members to sign up next year. Enjoy the rest of your weekend and preparation for 2015 starts Monday.

Registration begins at 7:30 Friday 7414 Warmup/mobility Fitness WOD: "SWAT Challenge" or "I Ran From The Cops" 5k Performance Strength: A) 5 sets of: Snatch Pull + Hang Snatch + Snatch Rest as needed Build to today’s heaviest set.5 sets of B) 5 sets of -2 Front Squats Rest as needed Loads per set (by %): 65, 75, 85, 90, 90 C) Every two minutes, for 10 minutes (5 sets): -16 Overhead Walking Lunges Use the heaviest load you believe you can handle for all five sets. Good starting loads might be 155/105 lbs…and move up from there if you’re handling it well. WOD: "SWAT Challenge" or "I Ran From The Cops" 5K
