Ok everyone. The time has come for us to host our In-House competition. Here is everything you will need to know: 2014 CrossFit Prestige In-House Competition July 12th @ CrossFit Prestige This event is open to all CrossFit Prestige members. The competition will start at 9am and the finish time is to be determined depending on the amount of participants. Heat times and schedule will be sent out and displayed 2 weeks before the competition. You will have until June 13th to register and the cost will be $35 per person. This is an individual competition only and will have both Scaled and Rx category. Here are the competition standards. All movements and weights displayed are to be done for multiple repetitions.
